We offer two tools as part of our comprehensive project management, or you are welcome to contract with us separately for mail tracking, monitoring and analysis.
Where’s My Mail?
Mail that is sent STANDARD is sorted and delivered only AFTER all other classes of mail have been delivered. There is a physical first in, last out method at all facilities that often delays your mail. Mail is sometimes misrouted and delayed. Any delay to the expected delivery of your direct mail piece can result in skewed revenues and altered sales curves.
With MailTracker, we provide the mail house with an additional barcode to image on your mail pieces. With this extra information, we can tell you:
• When and where your mail is delivering
• Assess areas of the country that are seeing delays
• Alert your marketing team to changes in their projected order curve
• Pinpoint timing for multi-channel marketing campaigns, such as emails or in-store displays
• Analyze results over time and make recommendations on mailing strategies.
Tracking can also be applied to Reply Mail so you can predict incoming volume for staffing, companion campaigns and cashflow forecasting.
Did Mary in Minneapolis get my mailer?
Using a third party vendor, partner@press will add selected seeds to your mail for a real person to acknowledge receipt. This allows for subjective comments about the quality of the piece getting through the mail stream and an actual in home date.

Reporting
Daily emails and online tracking reports are available to our clients 24/7.
Entry point scans, USPS forms 3602, 3152 and 8125 forms are also made available.
